Internship
Our internship program for bachelor’s degree candidates provides exposure to the healthcare support services industry and to business strategy through full-time immersion on a Soriant support team.
You must have exceptional communication and organizational skills. Qualified candidates will be required to be professional and expected to interact with all levels of staff from labor workers to executives.
As an intern, you will be given the opportunity to grow your healthcare experience and help numerous hospitals and healthcare systems find bottom line savings in their support services.

Consultants
As a Consultant you must have exceptional communication, analytic, leadership, and project management skills. You must be collaborative, organized and able to manage change. Qualified candidates are diverse thinkers, professionally presentable and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff from hourly full time employees to C-level executives. You must be an independent worker, goal-oriented and an adaptive individual able to stay focused on achieving and driving concrete objectives.

We are looking for:
- Prior healthcare and/or academia experience
- Team player with ability to offer independent ideas
- Deadline-driven multitasker
- Managed performance improvement projects for a minimum of two years, preferably in consulting or executive leadership
- Managed system implementation projects or work streams in complex initiatives
- Worked across multiple healthcare or academia support service departments or business areas
- Robust analytical skills
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Utilized a variety of project management methodologies, approaches
- Willingness to travel and work onsite and remotely
- Earned a B.A. or B.S. Degree, preferably an MBA
- Strong curiosity and ability to solve problems

Senior Leadership

Business Development
Our Business Development team is made up of consultants that have been in the industry for a minimum of two years. You must have exceptional communication, organizational, follow up and people skills. You must be collaborative, focused, organized and able to manage change. You must understand our client centric focus of making win/win engagements. Qualified candidates are diverse thinkers, professionally presentable and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff, and able to identify and influence key decision maker(s). You must be an independent worker, goal-oriented and an adaptive individual able to work within a CRM program and focused on not just meeting but beating projected sales targets.

We are looking for:
- Prior healthcare and/or academia business development experience
- Team player with ability to offer independent ideas
- Deadline-driven multitasker
- Worked within a web-based CRM tool with quarterly sales targets
- Robust analytical skills
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and work onsite and remotely
- Earned a B.A. or B.S. Degree
- Strong curiosity and ability to solve problems
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong business relationships
