Meet the Executive Team

With over 35 years in healthcare consulting, Brian is known for his ability to lead, cultivate and build teams in times of upheaval. His management style focuses on “Change as an Opportunity” for new processes, new leadership, creative thinking, team building and overall bottom line results. By spending the necessary time during the assessment period, Brian focuses on the core issues quickly and works hand in hand with leadership to establish a solid plan. He empowers others by setting clear expectations, strong communication and holding people accountable. By working with current and new management to motivate and organize for effectiveness, Brian naturally inspires teams with a sense of passion and purpose, leading to cost reductions, revenues enhancements, increased customer satisfaction and employee morale improvement and retention – all a winning combination to leave a legacy of success! Most recently Brian managed an implementation at a hospital in North Carolina, where he was able to reduce operating costs in Food and Environmental services by $1 million annually over 10 years and an additional $1 million investment from a vendor for renovations.
Prior to Soriant, Brian was the regional vice president for Morrison Management, increasing territory accounts by over 100% in a 4-year period. As District Manager for Sodexho, he directed multi-million dollar financial operations budgets and exceeded their operating income by 10%. A winner of the World Wide Innovation Forum for the development of dining’s 5 S.T.A.R.S., Brian’s efforts resulted in successful JCAHO, federal and state surveys.

Erik brings a wealth of experience with an outstanding track record as an executive who has held a wide range of operational and strategic roles. Throughout his career Erik has helped organizations identify, evaluate and capitalize on market opportunities. His expertise in business, market and concept development, strategic and financial leadership, partnership development and negotiation has been complementary to his own personal goal of improving the lives of the communities in which he operates in.
Erik was previously the CEO and Founder of HealthZooks!, providing telehealth and digital health management tools to rural low-income communities in California, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. The companies pilot programs delivered meaningful health improvement outcomes in these underserved communities and deployed a technology platform that changed behaviors before unnecessary medical procedures and hospitalizations were required.
Prior to HealthZooks! Erik’s most recent experience was in the commercialization of new products and services for both B2B and B2C applications for Sodexo’s $4B Healthcare organization. Erik played an instrumental role in the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, corporate partnerships (both equity and non-equity based), VC/private equity relationships, public/private partnerships, joint ventures, and structuring/adding in-house development. Previous to Sodexo, Erik led the development of a high tech incubation group in Silicon Valley. Erik has a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics.
Chief Financial Officer

Christina has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2008. A stock options trader for over 20 years, Christina spearheads the financial and human resources divisions. Her background gives a fresh vantage point to running a healthcare consultancy. She is responsible for maintaining Soriant’s competitive edge, attracting top executives and standardizing processes.
Prior to her trading career, Christina was influential in advancing Home Depot’s store IT operations as a Senior IS Director. After leaving Home Depot she worked for a subsidiary of Knowledge Universe bringing their innovative practices to Soriant. In addition to her CFO role, Christina teaches and manages a speaker series on stock options trading.
Senior Vice President

Chris brings more than 18 years of healthcare support services expertise. As a former contract management provider, Chris has an in-depth knowledge of provider fees and fee structures, enabling him to safeguard critical funds. Chris excels at finding ways institutions can reap benefits via rebates, paying the right price for the right product, and retaining low costs.
Most recently, Chris partnered with a large health system to infuse a standardized waste stream management program producing a 5+ cost savings. Specializing in contract management and labor efficiencies, Chris has helped raised Press Ganey scores significantly and was instrumental in saving a 300-bed teaching facility $900K annually in valet services alone.
Before joining Soriant, Chris was influential in creating and developing Wellspring’s successful healthcare practice and its eventual acquisition by Huron Consulting. As Director at Sumter Regional Hospital and earning rookie of the year as a Director at Morrison Management, he specialized in P&L, contract management, production management, food services, B&I, LTC and acute care facilities.
Senior Vice President

Greg brings 24 years of healthcare experience in both operations and sales within the hospital operations arena. Most recently, as a Senior Director of Business Development, Greg was responsible for sales and retention for Sodexo Health Care Services.
Greg’s excellent communication skills allow him to understand the customers “big business” issues, as well as build relationships based on his expertise and credibility. He is a Trusted Business Advisor to his clients and internal business partners.
Over the years, Greg has developed professional relationships with many CEO’s across the country. His knowledge of the healthcare industry and his direct approach provides clients the detailed information required to accomplish their business strategy successfully.
Greg has a vast experience in operations, financial, strategic, and business development.
Senior Director Client Solutions

Jessica joined Soriant Solutions in 2016. As Senior Director of Client Solutions, she has direct accountability for organic growth strategies. With over 16 years of healthcare experience, Jessica believes in investing the time to truly understand what the client is experiencing and mutually developing a plan for long-term sustainable results. Jessica believes in fulfilling client expectations, building authentic business relationships, and working towards common objectives that are mutually defined.
Jessica began her career with Sodexo working with the Strategic Alliances Team. In 2012 she relocated to Nashville to work with SpecialtyCare as Director of Strategic Accounts and Client Relations where she managed the client retention program. Her focus has always been in the purchased services space (clinical and non-clinical), directing national business development and growth strategies with a customer focused mentality. Jessica has experience in the development efforts of national healthcare systems, channel partners as well as Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
Education: Jessica graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Communication and a concentration in Marketing. Additionally, Jessica was the first professional to receive certification in account management from the Tenacity program at Kennesaw State and has earned a Six Sigma Green Belt.
She currently lives in Nashville TN with her husband and son. Jessica most enjoys watching and cheering her son on in whatever sports season he is playing.

John is a skilled Executive with over thirty years of management experience in healthcare and various other service industries. He specializes in producing measurable, meaningful, and sustainable organizational performance improvement, through strategic planning, human resource development, and operational process change initiatives.
